Introduction-
Personal skills and development these things are directly related with circumstance of our life. Improvement is an on going process. It depends on person to persons real life situations demand. As I am a human being, I have circumstance as well. According to that circumstance I have some skills and on going improvement work.
Discussion-
When a baby born, everything in the world is new for him/ her. Day-by-day the baby learn many things by using its senses. The senses are - sight, hearing, touch, smell, taste. Psychologists found that between these senses the sight is the most effective sense and they put percentage of 75%. Like this way they put 13% for hearing, 6% for touch, 3% for smell and 3% for taste. So we can assume very easily that by the most powerful two senses of sight and hearing a baby can grab many skills, strength, quality, and also it always going forward for on going improvement that is a demand of circumstances. The rest of theses senses are also important to develop the continuous learning process.
Skill is learning activity. So if we don't continue our practice through our work, then we can not keep longer our skill. Because there is some theories of forgetting like-disuse, repression and interference. The theory of disuse suggests that a person forgets those things which are not used. The theory of repression is that some forgetting is repression due to the submersion of ideas into the sub conscious mind. And the basis of the interferences theory is that people forget some thing because a certain experience has overshadowed it, or that the learning of similar things has intervened. There is a word as well “practise makes perfect”. So skill is the combination of practise and right techniques. When a person occupy skill perfectly then he got the strength and quality. Skill also involves with some factors like - logical thinking, positive attitude about work, proper time management, self motivation, determination, perseverance etc. So when a person will be more effective to implement this factors and always finding out the lacking of which always try to make him confused and does not let him to go forward, then he will take step to solve the problem.
Some time person has to give priority on some factors which he/she find out that he has lacking like it could be on time management or, self motivation. Then the person has to monitor on priority point and try the best to recover it. Like this way a person can improved are develop his working life and personal life.
I am providing here some information about my current studies, skills and qualities. For achieving any target I know I have to keep proper patience. I always try to do that for my target. According to the patience I also determine strongly that what I have to do. And then I go forward with perseverance and confidence. I can get on with people from different backgrounds. I can work with teamwork environment. I can manage other people and caring for them. I always try to show creativity on my work. I can keep myself calm in crisis. I know how to sell product. I can face the practical things. I have the ability to learn from mistakes. Some times I am very well on stress management. I always assertive about my working life and personal life. I have the ability to take responsibility for my own action. So I have the trust in my own ability.
First of all I have to find out the lacking all weakness of my working strategies. Then I need to learn techniques for taking proper action on proper time. I have to be more efficient on communication. I need to close the gap between me and other people who sharing ideas. More practical and logical about dealing with general public. I have to be good negotiator. I need to a good understanding power about other peoples body language. I need to increase the ability to see whole picture of any work or project. I have to be more wise and careful about making decision. I have to create mind for willingness to maintain a high level of motivation for myself and for other to complete my purpose.
For improvement of my quality I have to take some initiative on proper time and with some proper activities. It should be very disciplined and properly maintainable. For my improvement I will put some priorities like - learning new techniques. Or idea, self motivation, proper time management and stress management as well. For learning techniques and idea. I will maintain some procedure like following journals, books and videos; communicate with people, friends and wise person. When I need to self motivation then I will set my goal, try to see the whole picture, try to make a easy going path to my goals and easy strategy, effective communicates with my colleagues, trust more etc. when I need a time management then I will try to get a clean and proper idea about every work, proper decision, try to do on time every work and reach some where in 5 minutes before. For stress management I will properly divide the works with category and I will not try to mix-up work with one another and keep an eye on timing for every work and personal life.
When I will find myself in proper condition like I given already the priority on which points I feel that I am not so much perfect. So when I will find my self that I can learn something it could be idea or decision and I can implement this on proper place with quality then I will be sure that yes I am improved on that point. Like same way on the case of self motivation when I will find myself that I can motivate my self and I can work without depression then I will understand that I am improved. for the another case of time management, if I can do everything on time and every work properly, no mix-up work with another with commitment with others and its successful then I will be satisfied and confident that my time management is ok. For stress management case, in working life and personal life there will be so much stress normally but when I will be able to maintain my stress as a normal part of life and I will be able to handle everything without feeling stress then I will think that I am improved.
Conclusion-
Self evaluation has an important role in our life. For improving life style and working life we need to sort out the lacking and find out the path or method to remove the lacking. This way we can easily make our self more confident; get on close to people, friend, make peace in personal life and society as well. Then we can prosper social life, economical life and everywhere in the world.
Recommendation-
From my personal belief, I will say that, self evaluation is essential for those who want to develop the internal and external qualities, skill and strength. For a quality and challenge life style on everywhere those people who need to manage people, manage time, manage stress, and manage communication, then critically self evaluation important for find out the lacking and then they can take appropriate actions for that to recover the lacking.
