A. Career planning - it is a long term process of planning career objectives interest, job aspects, skills and development for future.
Career planning is an exercise that is well worth the time invested in it because it let you going on the path that leads to where you would like to go. Self-assessment
1) Understand yourself. This is the key to career planning. Nowadays, the competition is fierce; a lot of people they just blind in order to work and work. Do you think there is a steady job is enough? Do you think about what you want to be and what you want to achieve before you work? If you do not know what you want how can you achieve success in your workplace? In fact, the person's character determines you should fit for which types of vocational, trades in which you can do your best. So you should know about personality characteristics.
2) know your strengths and weaknesses to determine what work are you suited. There is a Chinese idiom called (learn the strong points of others to offset one's own weakness) for an example: you are good at expressing but you choose to do a typist, you can't use your advantages, when you do something you are not good at work, you will slowly lose self-confidence then you cannot focus your attention on your work, there would be no work efficiency.
When you get your own strengths and weaknesses how much will you know about your attitude and self-confidence?
Attitude in mind, influenced our thinking and judgment, controls our emotions and actions. The direction of a person's life is completely controlled by survival attitude of traction. Positive attitude will affect your result which makes you reach career success; negative attitude makes you difficulties in your work. Attitude is everything. Confidence is a most magical power; you should have confidence in any work. You don't believe in yourself, who will believe in you? So setting up training confidence, confidence is a choice in the face of work attitude. We are still students; we should have a proper understanding of learning for future and get a better job to lay a solid foundation.
4) Interest + passion + motivation=success
Do you know what you're interested in? If your parents do not support you, will you give up your dream work? If you give up, you will regret it! You had better do a work that is your interest. There is an interest in the work you put into the passion to work with this kind of power you will put the enthusiasm to action. To work with interest, can use all of your talent and ability that you don't feel tired if you have no interest in your work kicks out your talents, also very easy to feel tired or even want to give up.
So you decided to work in the most effective will love you do.

Investigate all the career choices, opportunities available to you. Attend career fairs, visit a career center in your school or community, talk to people in many different careers and spend time with people in careers that interest you.
- 2)Gather information (about your future jobs and working environment) ? analyze all information gathered ? selecting the most suitable job
Research is very important to let you know the information and you would able to choose the best way for yourself from the research. if you could reasonable choice of occupation, in order to guarantee the quality of information collected, should have accuracy and comprehensiveness, on the employment environment must have an overall analysis of understanding, and then collect this information, depending on their own interest and ability to select the work of the most appropriate for your own.

A resume is a summary about your skills, working experience and education. Just write one or two pages. This is simple, not more than one page summary of your working experience and qualifications.

When you are asked to attend an interview, you should able to know what kind of business does this company running. What level of appointment of job you are looking for. And do some schemes which can present your advantages. During the interview, do not be nervous because this will affect your train of thought. Smile and make appropriate eye contract with interviewer. During the interview, talk about your experience and set example to make your points reliability.
